In Edmonton’s Twin Brooks and Wild Rose neighborhoods, 110 Marino Cells were installed along both sides of an existing pedestrian walkway. Spearheaded by EPCOR, the system was designed for simplicity both during construction and in long-term operation.
Telephone House, a former commercial complex in Dundee, Scotland, is being refurbished as student housing, with its interior courtyard transformed into a mixed-use outdoor amenity space. Beneath that landscape, 960 Marino Cell frames provide approximately 49 cubic metres of stormwater capacity.
A classic urban infill project in Sidney, British Columbia, this Marino Cell installation (installed right alongside the new multi-family complex under both hardscape and green space) temporarily detains rooftop stormwater runoff, reducing peak flow concerns on the municipal sewer system.
At this new 6-unit housing project, 76 Marino Cells were installed beneath a hardscape patio and adjacent green space to manage runoff from the building’s 190-square-meter rooftop.
